Our cloud service is designed to provide independent space for clients to conveniently store and browse their documents anytime. Clients also have their own dedicated login account and password.

  • We store your company's legal documents in your assigned independent space, allowing you to access copies of your company's registration documents online anytime, anywhere.
  • Documents include: Certificate of Incorporation (CI), Business Registration Certificate (BR), Articles of Association (AA), Incorporation Form (NNC1), etc.
  • When client mail arrives at our office, we immediately scan it to the cloud space. Clients can instantly access it without traveling to our office or waiting for courier delivery.
  • If you are also an accounting or audit client of our company, relevant document copies will also be uploaded to the cloud space for storage.
  • Tax records such as assessment notices, payment notices, and other tax documents will also be placed in the independent cloud space.
